Job Description:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of Prop Firm Match, ensuring that our strategic goals are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, a deep understanding of the trading industry, and the leadership skills necessary to drive performance and foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies, operational plans, and performance management frameworks.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of operational activities and drive improvements.

  • Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial sustainability.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage risks to the business.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including traders, proprietary firms, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the trading or financial services industry is highly preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
