About the Role

As our UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our platform. You will be responsible for understanding our users' needs and translating them into intuitive and engaging designs. Your work will involve close collaboration within an agile product development team to create solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional. You will be at the forefront of our design efforts, helping to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users across all interactions with our product.

 

 

Requirements

Professional Skills

 

1. User experience analysis UNAN - Level 3

Applies standard techniques and tools for developing user stories and eliciting user experience requirements.

Organises and structures user experience analysis.

Works with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and resolve conflicts.

 

2. User experience design HCEV - Level 5

Plans and drives user experience design activities, providing expert advice and guidance to support the adoption of agreed approaches.

Determines the approaches to be used to design user experiences.

Uses iterative approaches to incorporate user feedback or evaluation rapidly into designs.

Integrates required visual design and branding into the user experience design activities.

 

3. User experience evaluation USEV - Level 3

Evaluates design options and prototypes to obtain user feedback.

Tests the usability and accessibility of components and alternative designs. Analyses evaluation data and recommends actions. Identifies areas for future user research.

Evaluates the usability of existing or competitor systems to provide benchmark values and as input to design.

 

4. Requirements definition and management REQM - Level 3

Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for small-scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives.

Applies appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements. Provides constructive challenge to stakeholders as required. Reviews requirements for errors and omissions.

 

5. Methods and tools METL - Level 4

Provides advice and guidance to support the adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards.

Tailors processes in line with agreed standards and evaluation of methods and tools.

Reviews and improves usage and application of methods and tools.
