Role Overview:
As a User Experience (UX) Researcher at AlterCall AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences we offer. You will work closely with UI Designers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that inform our product design and development processes.
You will:
Design and Prototype:
Use Figma to quickly mockup screens and designs, iterating based on feedback from stakeholders and testing.
Collaborate with UI designers to translate research findings into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Lead Insight Activities:
Engage in front-end experience creation, refine designs based on feedback, and conduct A/B testing both in-person and remotely.
Develop screening criteria, discussion guides, and activities tailored to each stage of user research.
Collaborate and Communicate:
Present insights in a compelling way to help stakeholders understand user needs and their impact on product solutions.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints and opportunities.
Escalate ongoing needs and issues to the Head of AI and Creative Director to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
User Research:
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to document and communicate user insights.
Data Analysis and Insight Generation:
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
Formulate compelling stories from data to communicate user needs and behaviors to stakeholders.
You have:
Proficiency in Figma for creating rapid prototypes and design mockups.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data on Mouseflow and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
Experience with A/B testing, usability testing, and other research methodologies.
Familiarity with AI and coaching industries is a plus.
