Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to redesign our marketplace shop for both mobile and web platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in e-commerce platform design, preferably with experience in marketplace design structures. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of user flow and journey creation to provide intuitive and user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities:

Design and enhance user interface components for our e-commerce platform. Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to propose solutions to business challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user behaviour and define design objectives.

Optimise existing user interfaces based on analytical feedback and user testing.

Document and track usability metrics to guide future design improvements.

Things to consider

Proven experience in UX design for e-commerce and marketplace platforms.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user journey flows and detailed design aesthetics.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and other prototyping software.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work remotely with an option to visit the Manchester office as desired.
