About the Role
We are searching for an exceptionally talented Lead Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team during a pivotal growth phase. You will have the unique opportunity to elevate an already successful brand to unprecedented heights. As part of our team, you will contribute to a leading Amazon e-commerce brand based in the US, collaborating with a remote, globally-distributed team of high achievers. This is a long-term, full-time position offering both challenges and rewards.
Responsibilities
Brand Visual Development: Elevate and maintain the visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency while continually exploring innovative design solutions to enhance the brand.
Design Execution and Oversight: Lead design projects from concept to completion, adapt quickly to feedback, and ensure all design deliverables meet high standards for brand consistency and quality.
Creatives Optimization: Continuously improve the effectiveness of designs to increase click-through rates, conversion rates, and user engagement.
Creative Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers, both in-house and freelance, by setting creative directions and maintaining high standards for all visual outputs. Provide strategic direction in design to ensure alignment with business objectives and adherence to brand guidelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create cohesive and impactful visual campaigns.
Project Efficiency and Completion: Manage projects efficiently to ensure timely delivery that meets objectives.
Staying Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends in graphic design and e-commerce, leveraging insights to secure a competitive edge.
Incidental Tasks: Perform other related tasks as needed to support the achievement of the company's strategic goals and vision.
Requirements
Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead design role, preferably within the e-commerce health and wellness sector.
Demonstrated ability to develop or revitalize brand identities, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Proven ability to design compelling infographics that simplify complex information and significantly boost user engagement and conversion rates.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), typography, color theory, Sketch, print design, photography and photo editing.
Experience with 3D renders of jars and bottles.
Familiarity with web design (Adobe XD, Figma, etc), UX/UI principles, responsive design, and AI design tools.
Able to absorb and apply constructive criticism from team members and immediate superiors.
