Meilisearch Logo Concept

One of the concepts for Meilisearch. Lettermark idea is inspired by the hashes used to denote seconds (") and minutes ('). Meilisearch's name is a portmanteau of milliseconds and search because of the almost instantaneous search results it provides for users. The idea was what if we extended the hash shorthand to milliseconds, the three hashes (''') could be used to symbolize milliseconds. When you combine them together they form the letter 'M'.
